Exactly what the offer is

  • Subscribe: 25% off one case + 15% off the rest of your first delivery. The 25% lands on the most expensive case in your order — always in your favour — and every other item in that delivery gets 15% off. Each item is discounted once; the two rates never stack on the same case. One-time: 15% off the most expensive case, other cases at full price.
  • Every product qualifies — Alkaid, Saratoga® and Poland Spring® alike.
  • Free delivery needs an Alkaid case. Include one and delivery is free. An order of only other brands still gets the discount, but the usual delivery charge applies.
  • Delivery is free on 2 or more Alkaid cases, and on any order over $60.00. Otherwise it's $9.99, or $5.99 for subscribers.
  • New customers only, one welcome offer per delivery address. We check the address when your order is placed.
  • 2 cases minimum in either mode. Mix any sizes or brands to reach it. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled anytime from your account — no lock-in.
  • It doesn't stack. The welcome offer can't be combined with Buy 6 Get 1 Free. On a subscription, the welcome package prices your first delivery and the recurring 15% (on 4+ case orders over $40.00) takes over from your second — the first delivery is always your cheapest or tied for it.
  • 30 days to use it, from your first visit.

Do I need a coupon code?

No. The discount is applied automatically once you reach the cart — there is no code to enter and nothing to remember.

Is it 25% off my whole order?

Subscribing? Close to it: 25% comes off your most expensive case ($5.50 off the 16.9 fl oz 24-pack, for example) and everything else in your first delivery gets 15% off. On a one-time order it's 15% off the most expensive case only, with the rest at normal price.

Is delivery really free?

Free on your first order when it includes an Alkaid case. If you order only other brands, the standard delivery charge applies — the welcome discount still comes off either way.

Do I have to subscribe?

No — a one-time order of 2+ cases still gets 15% off a case. Subscribing on your first order unlocks the full package — 25% off one case plus 15% off the rest of that delivery — and it isn't a commitment: pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account. Ongoing, subscriptions of four or more cases over $40.00 save 15% on every delivery from the second one, and pay only $5.99 delivery.

Can I combine it with other offers?

Not with Buy 6, Get 1 Free — if your one-time cart qualifies for both, we show you both and let you keep whichever is worth more. On a subscription, the welcome discount covers your first delivery and the recurring 15% starts with your second.

What if my water arrives damaged?

That's covered by the Doorstep Promise: keep it, and we'll send a replacement at no charge. If a delivery is stolen after drop-off, we issue a refund. Every delivery is photo-documented, so claims are quick.
