How does the Buy 6 Alkaid Cases, Get a 7th Free offer work?
Add any six Alkaid cases to a one-time order — mix and match the 16.9 and 33.8 fl oz sizes — and we automatically add a seventh Alkaid case free; no coupon code needed. The free case is selected by Alkaid (the 33.8 fl oz case). Twelve Alkaid cases earns two free cases, and so on. Saratoga, Poland Spring and other brands don't count toward it.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscribe with as few as 2 cases, pick how often, and your water arrives on that schedule without you having to reorder. You can pause, skip, change or cancel anytime from your account. Subscription orders don't combine with the Buy 6 offer.
Can I rent a water cooler instead of buying one?
Yes — with a 5-gallon jug subscription (3 or more jugs per delivery — jugs go out 3 at a time) you can rent a hot & cold water cooler (brand and model vary — bottom- or top-loading) for $7.99 a month, added at checkout and billed with each delivery as its own line. The first and last month's rent are paid with your first delivery, the rental runs a minimum of 12 months, and the cooler stays ours — if it ever stops working we repair or swap it free, and we pick it up when the subscription ends. Prefer to own one? The Avalon A4 is available to buy outright, and the starter bundle ships one with five full jugs.
How much does delivery cost?
A flat $5.99 in New Jersey and $7.99 in New York City, whether you order once or subscribe — no surcharges, and no minimum. Delivery is free on every order in Paterson, Haledon, Fair Lawn, Elmwood Park, Woodland Park, Passaic and Clifton.
What is Alkaid water?
Ultra-purified water with minerals added for taste and electrolytes, bottled at 9.5 pH in 16.9 fl oz and 33.8 fl oz bottles. Clean and refreshing.
When will my order arrive?
We confirm your delivery day by email after you order, and text you when the driver is on the way if you opt in to texts. Deliveries run 8 AM – 8 PM, and recurring orders arrive automatically on your chosen schedule.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. You can skip an upcoming delivery or pause your subscription anytime from your account — your schedule picks up again when you resume.
Can I change my order between deliveries?
Yes. Adjust case quantities or swap bottle sizes for your next delivery from your account, as long as your subscription keeps the 2-case minimum.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
That's covered by our Doorstep Promise. If your water arrives damaged, keep it — we'll send a replacement order at no charge. If your delivery is stolen after drop-off, we'll issue a refund. Every delivery is photo-documented by our driver so claims are quick and painless.
