New customers who subscribe on their first order get 25% off their most expensive case plus 15% off everything else in that first delivery; a one-time first order gets 15% off the most expensive case. Any case, no code, applied automatically on orders of 2 cases or more. Include an Alkaid case and we deliver that first order free; an order of only Saratoga® or Poland Spring® still gets the discount but pays the usual delivery fee. On a subscription the recurring 15% (on 4+ case orders) takes over from your second delivery. Already order Blue Star jugs? You still qualify — Alkaid is a separate line.
Add any six cases to a one-time order — mix and match sizes — and we automatically add a seventh case free; no coupon code needed. The free case is selected by Alkaid (the 33.8 fl oz case). Twelve cases earns two free cases, and so on.
Subscribe with as few as two cases — and recurring orders of four or more cases over $40.00 save 15% on every delivery. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account. Subscription orders don't combine with the Buy 6 offer.
Yes — with a 5-gallon jug subscription (two or more jugs per delivery) you can rent an Avalon A4 bottom-loading cooler from $7.99 a month, added at checkout and billed with each delivery as its own line. The cooler stays ours, so if it ever stops working we repair or swap it free — and if you cancel your subscription, we pick it up. Prefer to own one? The same cooler is available to buy outright, and the starter bundle ships one with five full jugs.
Delivery is free on any order with 2 or more Alkaid cases, and on any order over $60.00. Otherwise it's $9.99 for a one-time order, or $5.99 if you subscribe — the same flat rate across our whole service area. Deliveries into New York City add a $4.99 surcharge, which covers the tolls and the parking a city route costs us.

We confirm your delivery day by email after you order, and text you when the driver is on the way. Deliveries run 8 AM – 8 PM, and recurring orders arrive automatically on your chosen schedule.

Yes. Adjust case quantities or swap bottle sizes for your next delivery from your account, as long as your subscription keeps the two-case minimum. Keep it at four or more cases over $40 and the 15% discount stays on every delivery.
That's covered by our Doorstep Promise. If your water arrives damaged, keep it — we'll send a replacement order at no charge. If your delivery is stolen after drop-off, we'll issue a refund. Every delivery is photo-documented by our driver so claims are quick and painless.
For a one-time six-case stock-up, the free 33.8 fl oz case works out to roughly 15% of your order value — similar to the subscription discount, but once. If you reorder regularly, Subscribe & Save 15% usually wins because it applies to every delivery automatically.
