Yes. Our drivers bring the cases to your door, including walk-ups — you do not need to meet them at the kerb. If your building has a specific entrance or buzzer, leave it in the delivery notes at checkout.
Do you deliver to Brooklyn brownstones and multi-family buildings?
Yes, along with apartment buildings, offices, studios, salons and gyms. Add the floor and apartment number to your address and any access notes to the delivery notes.

How does the subscription work?
Subscribe with as few as 2 cases per delivery — every week, every 2 or 3 weeks, monthly or every 2 months — and it arrives on that schedule without you having to reorder. Subscriptions do not combine with Buy 6, Get 1 Free.
Can I skip, pause or change a delivery?
Yes — all three, from your account, at any time. Adjust quantities or swap bottle sizes for the next delivery as long as the subscription keeps its 2-case minimum.
When will my order arrive?
We confirm your delivery day by email after you order, and text you when the driver is on the way if you opt in to texts. Deliveries run 8 AM - 8 PM.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
If it arrives damaged, keep it and we send a replacement at no charge. If it is taken after drop-off, we refund it. Every delivery is photographed by the driver who made it.
