Where we deliver

Northern New Jersey and the New York City metro area: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, and nearby northwest Nassau County. Enter your ZIP code at checkout and we'll confirm coverage before you pay. If you're outside the area, we can't deliver to you yet.

What delivery costs

• Free on every order delivered in Paterson, Haledon, Fair Lawn, Elmwood Park, Woodland Park, Passaic and Clifton, whatever is in it.
• $5.99 for every other New Jersey delivery, one-time or subscription.
• $7.99 for every New York City delivery (ZIP codes starting 100–104 or 110–114), one-time or subscription. That is the whole fee — there is no separate city charge on top of it.
• The fee never changes with order size or distance inside our service area, and no discount or promotion is ever taken off it — discounts apply to the water only. It isn't part of the tip.

Outside those towns, nothing in an order makes delivery free — not the number of cases and not the order total.

When it arrives

Deliveries run between 8 AM and 8 PM. We confirm the actual day by email after you order. If you ticked the text-message box at checkout, you also get a text when the driver is on the way; if you didn't, we don't text you. We do not currently book a specific time window — we would rather tell you that than give you one we cannot keep. Subscriptions repeat automatically on the schedule you chose: every week, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, every month or every 2 months.

Delivery notes and where we leave it

Add gate codes, buzzer numbers, a doorman's name, or where to leave the cases in the delivery notes at checkout. We pass that to the driver exactly as you write it. Every drop-off is photographed, and that photo is how we settle any question about whether an order arrived.

If nobody's home

We leave the order in the safest spot we can see, following your notes. Once it's left as instructed and photographed, it counts as delivered — but if it's taken after that, our returns policy still covers you.

Buy 6 Alkaid cases, get the 7th free

On one-time orders, buy 6 cases of Alkaid — the 16.9 fl oz and 33.8 fl oz sizes both count and can be mixed — and a seventh Alkaid case is added free, no code needed. The free case is the 33.8 fl oz Alkaid case, chosen by us. Twelve Alkaid cases earns two free, and so on. Saratoga, Poland Spring and other brands don't count toward it. It applies to one-time orders only, not to subscriptions.
