Which parts of Long Island do you deliver to?
Most of Nassau and Suffolk counties, from the Town of Hempstead out to both forks — but not every town yet (Elmont, Franklin Square and Long Beach, for example, are not open). Enter your ZIP code on this page; the checker reads the live service area.
How much is delivery on Long Island?
$7.99 per delivery, one-time or subscribed, whatever the order size — the same New York fee as the city, with no surcharge for Nassau or Suffolk.
Do you deliver 5-gallon jugs on Long Island?
Yes. Alkaid alkaline, Grace Spring or Blue Star purified jugs, delivered 3 at a time and swapped for your empties, with a hot & cold water cooler to rent or buy.
Do you deliver to offices and businesses on Long Island?
Yes — offices in Garden City, Melville and Hauppauge, shops, gyms, schools and farm stands order the same way households do, one-time or on a recurring schedule.
How does Buy 6 Alkaid Cases, Get 1 Free work?
Add any six Alkaid cases (16.9 or 33.8 fl oz, mixed any way) to a one-time order and a seventh Alkaid case is added free, automatically, with no coupon code. Every six paid Alkaid cases earns one free case. Saratoga, Poland Spring and other brands don't count, free cases do not count toward further rewards, and the free case (a 33.8 fl oz Alkaid case) is selected by Alkaid.
How does the subscription work?
Subscribe with as few as 2 cases per delivery — every week, every 2 or 3 weeks, monthly or every 2 months — and it arrives on that schedule without you having to reorder. Subscriptions do not combine with Buy 6, Get 1 Free.
Can I skip, pause or change a delivery?
Yes — all three, from your account, at any time. Adjust quantities or swap bottle sizes for the next delivery as long as the subscription keeps its 2-case minimum.
When will my order arrive?
We confirm your delivery day by email after you order, and text you when the driver is on the way if you opt in to texts. Deliveries run 8 AM - 8 PM.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
If it arrives damaged, keep it and we send a replacement at no charge. If it is taken after drop-off, we refund it. Every delivery is photographed by the driver who made it.
