Rent from $7.99/mo · or own it for $280.00

Cold Water on Tap. Hot, Too. Day One.

An Avalon cooler that loads from the bottom — the jug lives in the cabinet, so nobody hoists forty pounds over their head. Rent it for $7.99 a month with your jug delivery — first and last month's rent paid with your first delivery, 12-month minimum, free repair or swap, picked up when the subscription ends. Or make it yours: cooler, five-tier stand and 5 jugs of Alkaid alkaline water for $280.00.

How much water each month?

$280.00 for the bundle, plus your first 3 refill jugs ($26.97) and delivery — then $26.97 a month for the water. Delivery is $5.99 in New Jersey and $7.99 in New York City, free in Paterson, Haledon, Fair Lawn, Elmwood Park, Woodland Park, Passaic and Clifton. Change or cancel anytime.

What $280.00 Puts in Your Kitchen

One delivery, and it is pouring before the driver reaches the van. Add it to a subscription with the water you want on repeat — the cooler is charged once, and only the jugs come back.

The Cooler

A black Avalon A4. Hot and cold on demand, and it loads from the bottom — so the jug never goes above your waist.

5 Jugs of Alkaid

Twenty-five gallons of pH+ alkaline water — $44.95 of it, and the jugs themselves are yours to keep. Switch to purified or spring on any refill.

The Stand

A five-tier rack, so the spares live somewhere other than your floor.

Then You Are Only Buying Water

The jug is yours after the first one. Every delivery after that is the water, and we take the empties away.

No cooler yet and not ready for the bundle? If you have no jugs of your own, the bottle is bought once at $8.00 — yours to keep, swapped full from then on. Already have jugs? Choose “swap mine” and pay only the refill price.

How the Swap Works

1

Leave the Empties Out

On your delivery day, put the empty jugs where you want the full ones.

2

We Take Them

The driver collects them and leaves full jugs in their place.

3

Nothing to Clean

No store returns, no sanitising, no arranging. That is the whole job.

The Doorstep Promise

If your water arrives damaged, keep it — we send a replacement at no charge. If it is taken after drop-off, we refund it. Every delivery is photographed by the driver who made it.

The cooler and the stand are equipment, so that promise does not cover them. If something is wrong with either after it arrives, tell us and we will work it out with you — call (888) 599-5420 or see returns.

Coolers and Jugs, Answered

Can I rent the cooler instead of buying it?

Yes. A hot & cold water cooler (brand and model vary — bottom- or top-loading) rents for $7.99 a month with a jug subscription of 3 or more jugs per delivery. The first and last month's rent are paid with your first delivery; the rental runs a minimum of 12 months; repair or swap is free, and we pick it up when the subscription ends. Set up a rental →

What comes in the starter bundle?

A black bottom-load Avalon A4 water cooler, a five-tier bottle stand, and 5five-gallon jugs of Alkaid alkaline water, for $280.00. The jugs are yours to keep, and we swap them full from then on — in whichever of the three waters you prefer.

What does water cost after that?

$8.99 for a jug of Alkaid alkaline water or Grace Spring natural spring water, and $7.99 for Blue Star purified water. You are paying for the water — you already own the jug.

Do I need the bundle to get jugs delivered?

No. If you already have a cooler, order jugs on their own from $7.99. No jugs of your own? The bottle is bought once at $8.00, yours to keep and swapped thereafter. Already have jugs? Choose “swap mine” and pay only the refill price.

How does the swap work?

Leave your empties out on your delivery day. The driver takes them and leaves full jugs. Nothing to clean, return, or arrange.

Can I put jugs on a subscription?

Yes — and that is what the bundle is for. Adding it starts a monthly refill subscription, set to 3 jugs a month unless you change it, which you can do on the button above or in your cart. The cooler is charged once and never repeats — only the water comes back. Pause, skip or cancel anytime.

What if something is wrong with the cooler?

Contact us and tell us what happened — we will work it out with you. The Doorstep Promise covers water: damaged on arrival, keep it and we replace it free; taken after drop-off, we refund it. A cooler or a stand is equipment and sits outside that, which is why it is worth a call rather than a form.
