Water delivery in Queens, NYThe Borough Where a Water Run Means Getting in the Car
Queens is the biggest borough by area, and outside the towers most of it is a drive to the store and a drive back. Alkaid removes the trip: your water arrives on a schedule you set, from Astoria to Bayside.
One Delivery, From Long Island City to Bayside
Queens is really a dozen neighbourhoods with a dozen different front doors — a doorman desk in a Long Island City tower, a two-family porch in Woodside, a house with a driveway in Bayside. The order is the same for all of them and the driver adapts to the building, which is why the delivery notes field at checkout is worth using.

Queens Delivery, Answered
Where in Queens do you deliver?
We deliver across Queens and the surrounding area, including Astoria, Long Island City, Flushing, Jackson Heights, Sunnyside and beyond. Enter your ZIP code on this page to confirm your address — the checker reads the live service area rather than a list written into the page.
Which parts of Queens do you cover?
Most of the borough, and the parts of northwest Nassau that share Queens' ZIP codes starting 110 — those addresses are New York City for delivery pricing ($7.99 a delivery), like the rest of the city. Rather than guess from a neighbourhood name, enter your ZIP code above — the checker reads the live service area.
Can you deliver to a house rather than an apartment building?
Yes. Houses, two-families, apartment buildings and offices are all the same order. Tell us in the delivery notes if you would rather the cases went to a side door, porch or garage.
How does Buy 6 Alkaid Cases, Get 1 Free work?
Add any six Alkaid cases (16.9 or 33.8 fl oz, mixed any way) to a one-time order and a seventh Alkaid case is added free, automatically, with no coupon code. Every six paid Alkaid cases earns one free case. Saratoga, Poland Spring and other brands don't count, free cases do not count toward further rewards, and the free case (a 33.8 fl oz Alkaid case) is selected by Alkaid.
How does the subscription work?
Subscribe with as few as 2 cases per delivery — every week, every 2 or 3 weeks, monthly or every 2 months — and it arrives on that schedule without you having to reorder. Subscriptions do not combine with Buy 6, Get 1 Free.
Can I skip, pause or change a delivery?
Yes — all three, from your account, at any time. Adjust quantities or swap bottle sizes for the next delivery as long as the subscription keeps its 2-case minimum.
When will my order arrive?
We confirm your delivery day by email after you order, and text you when the driver is on the way if you opt in to texts. Deliveries run 8 AM - 8 PM.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
If it arrives damaged, keep it and we send a replacement at no charge. If it is taken after drop-off, we refund it. Every delivery is photographed by the driver who made it.
What is in Alkaid water?
Ultra-purified water with minerals added for taste and electrolytes, bottled at 9.5 pH in 16.9 fl oz and 33.8 fl oz bottles.
Is Alkaid the same company as Blue Star Pure Water?
Yes — Alkaid is the bottled water line from Blue Star Pure Water, a family water company serving New Jersey and New York since 2010.
