Do you deliver to co-ops and buildings with a doorman?
Yes. If the building requires the driver to leave deliveries with a doorman or at a package room, say so in the delivery notes and that is where they will go — photographed either way.
What happens if nobody is home?
The driver leaves the order at your door and photographs it. If it is taken after drop-off we refund it; if it arrives damaged, keep it and we send a replacement free.
How does Buy 6 Alkaid Cases, Get 1 Free work?
Add any six Alkaid cases (16.9 or 33.8 fl oz, mixed any way) to a one-time order and a seventh Alkaid case is added free, automatically, with no coupon code. Every six paid Alkaid cases earns one free case. Saratoga, Poland Spring and other brands don't count, free cases do not count toward further rewards, and the free case (a 33.8 fl oz Alkaid case) is selected by Alkaid.
How does the subscription work?
Subscribe with as few as 2 cases per delivery — every week, every 2 or 3 weeks, monthly or every 2 months — and it arrives on that schedule without you having to reorder. Subscriptions do not combine with Buy 6, Get 1 Free.
Can I skip, pause or change a delivery?
Yes — all three, from your account, at any time. Adjust quantities or swap bottle sizes for the next delivery as long as the subscription keeps its 2-case minimum.
When will my order arrive?
We confirm your delivery day by email after you order, and text you when the driver is on the way if you opt in to texts. Deliveries run 8 AM - 8 PM.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
If it arrives damaged, keep it and we send a replacement at no charge. If it is taken after drop-off, we refund it. Every delivery is photographed by the driver who made it.
