The Shortest Routes We Drive
Every truck starts the day in Belleville, which puts Essex and Hudson counties minutes away and the Bergen, Passaic and Union routes not much further. A short route is a reliable one: the delivery day we confirm is the day the water comes, and the phone number on this page is answered by the same company that loaded the van. There is no city surcharge for a New Jersey address.

Northern New Jersey Delivery, Answered
Which parts of New Jersey do you deliver to?
Northern New Jersey: the Newark, Elizabeth, Jersey City, Paterson and Hackensack areas — Essex, Hudson, Union, Passaic and Bergen counties. Enter your ZIP code on this page to confirm; the checker is the authority.
Do you deliver spring water in NJ?
Yes. Poland Spring by the case, Saratoga natural spring water in glass, and Grace Spring in 5-gallon jugs.
Is delivery free in New Jersey?
Free on every order in Paterson, Haledon, Fair Lawn, Elmwood Park, Woodland Park, Passaic and Clifton. Everywhere else in New Jersey it is $5.99, one-time or subscribed, whatever the order size ($7.99 into New York City). No surcharges.
Where is Alkaid water bottled?
In Belleville, New Jersey, by Blue Star Pure Water, our parent company.
How does Buy 6 Alkaid Cases, Get 1 Free work?
Add any six Alkaid cases (16.9 or 33.8 fl oz, mixed any way) to a one-time order and a seventh Alkaid case is added free, automatically, with no coupon code. Every six paid Alkaid cases earns one free case. Saratoga, Poland Spring and other brands don't count, free cases do not count toward further rewards, and the free case (a 33.8 fl oz Alkaid case) is selected by Alkaid.
How does the subscription work?
Subscribe with as few as 2 cases per delivery — every week, every 2 or 3 weeks, monthly or every 2 months — and it arrives on that schedule without you having to reorder. Subscriptions do not combine with Buy 6, Get 1 Free.
Can I skip, pause or change a delivery?
Yes — all three, from your account, at any time. Adjust quantities or swap bottle sizes for the next delivery as long as the subscription keeps its 2-case minimum.
When will my order arrive?
We confirm your delivery day by email after you order, and text you when the driver is on the way if you opt in to texts. Deliveries run 8 AM - 8 PM.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
If it arrives damaged, keep it and we send a replacement at no charge. If it is taken after drop-off, we refund it. Every delivery is photographed by the driver who made it.
