Can you leave water with my doorman or in the package room?
Yes. Say so in the delivery notes at checkout and the driver photographs the hand-off, the same as a doorstep drop.
Is there a delivery fee in NYC?
Delivery is free on 2 or more Alkaid cases or any order over $60.00; otherwise $9.99 one-time or $5.99 subscribed. New York City deliveries add a $4.99 route surcharge for tolls and parking.
Do you deliver 5-gallon jugs in NYC?
Yes. Alkaid alkaline, Grace Spring or Blue Star purified jugs, delivered two at a time and swapped for your empties, with a bottom-loading cooler to rent or buy.
Is there a first-order discount?
Yes. Starting a subscription with your first order takes 25% off your priciest case plus 15% off the rest of that first delivery. A one-time first order takes 15% off one case. It applies automatically at checkout — there is no code to enter.
How does Buy 6, Get 1 Free work?
Add any six cases to a one-time order and a seventh is added free, automatically, with no coupon code. Every six paid cases earns one free case. Free cases do not count toward further rewards, and the free case is selected by Alkaid.
How does the subscription work?
Subscribe with as few as two cases per delivery, every two weeks or monthly. Recurring orders of four or more cases over $40 save 15% on every delivery. Subscriptions do not combine with Buy 6, Get 1 Free.
Can I skip, pause or change a delivery?
Yes — all three, from your account, at any time. Adjust quantities or swap bottle sizes for the next delivery as long as the subscription keeps its two-case minimum; deliveries of four or more cases over $40 keep the 15% discount.
When will my order arrive?
We confirm your delivery day by email after you order, and text you when the driver is on the way. Deliveries run 8 AM - 8 PM.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
If it arrives damaged, keep it and we send a replacement at no charge. If it is taken after drop-off, we refund it. Every delivery is photographed by the driver who made it.
