Water delivery in Smithtown, NYCul-de-Sacs on One Side, the Industrial Park on the Other
Smithtown is two kinds of place that both go through water fast: family houses in Kings Park, St. James and Nesconset, and the workshops, warehouses and offices of the Hauppauge Industrial Park. Alkaid delivers to both — cases for the fridge, 5-gallon jugs for the cooler, one time or on a schedule that refills itself.
A Jug Cooler on the Shop Floor
Hundreds of businesses sit in the Hauppauge Industrial Park, off Motor Parkway and Veterans Memorial Highway, and a shop floor or a warehouse runs on 5-gallon jugs, not on somebody remembering to stop at the store. We deliver 3 jugs at a time and take the empties back, with a hot & cold cooler to rent by the month or buy. At home it is the same order, smaller: a standing delivery for the kitchen in Smithtown, Kings Park or Nesconset, for $7.99 a delivery.

Smithtown Delivery, Answered
Where in Smithtown do you deliver?
We deliver across the Town of Smithtown and the surrounding area, including Smithtown, Village of the Branch, Kings Park, San Remo, St. James and beyond. Enter your ZIP code on this page to confirm your address — the checker reads the live service area rather than a list written into the page.
Do you deliver 5-gallon jugs to businesses in Hauppauge?
Yes. Alkaid alkaline, Grace Spring or Blue Star purified jugs, 3 at a time and swapped for your empties, one-time or recurring. A hot & cold water cooler can be rented for $7.99 a month with a jug subscription, or bought outright. Put the loading dock or suite in the delivery notes.
Is there a delivery surcharge for Suffolk County?
No. Delivery in Smithtown is $7.99 per delivery, the same New York fee we charge in the city, one-time or subscribed, with nothing added for the distance.
How does Buy 6 Alkaid Cases, Get 1 Free work?
Add any six Alkaid cases (16.9 or 33.8 fl oz, mixed any way) to a one-time order and a seventh Alkaid case is added free, automatically, with no coupon code. Every six paid Alkaid cases earns one free case. Saratoga, Poland Spring and other brands don't count, free cases do not count toward further rewards, and the free case (a 33.8 fl oz Alkaid case) is selected by Alkaid.
How does the subscription work?
Subscribe with as few as 2 cases per delivery — every week, every 2 or 3 weeks, monthly or every 2 months — and it arrives on that schedule without you having to reorder. Subscriptions do not combine with Buy 6, Get 1 Free.
Can I skip, pause or change a delivery?
Yes — all three, from your account, at any time. Adjust quantities or swap bottle sizes for the next delivery as long as the subscription keeps its 2-case minimum.
When will my order arrive?
We confirm your delivery day by email after you order, and text you when the driver is on the way if you opt in to texts. Deliveries run 8 AM - 8 PM.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
If it arrives damaged, keep it and we send a replacement at no charge. If it is taken after drop-off, we refund it. Every delivery is photographed by the driver who made it.
What is in Alkaid water?
Ultra-purified water with minerals added for taste and electrolytes, bottled at 9.5 pH in 16.9 fl oz and 33.8 fl oz bottles.
Is Alkaid the same company as Blue Star Pure Water?
Yes — Alkaid is the bottled water line from Blue Star Pure Water, a family water company serving New Jersey and New York since 2010.
