Water delivery in Manhattan, NYThe Store Is on the Corner. Your Apartment Is Five Floors Up.
Manhattan has a market on every other block, and almost none of them will carry a case of water past their own door. Alkaid does — to a doorman desk, a package room, or the top of a pre-war walk-up, on a one-time order or a schedule that refills itself.
Photographed on East 19th Street. Delivered Across the Island.
The doorstep in the picture above is a real Manhattan drop, on a real route — the only borough where our photographs are of the place itself and not just of the work. It is also the borough with the widest spread of front doors in a single day: a doorman tower on Third Avenue, a package room in Hudson Yards, a fifth-floor walk-up in the East Village. The driver reads the building; you tell us in the delivery notes where the cases should land.

Manhattan Delivery, Answered
Where in Manhattan do you deliver?
We deliver across Manhattan and the surrounding area, including Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Harlem, Washington Heights, Inwood and beyond. Enter your ZIP code on this page to confirm your address — the checker reads the live service area rather than a list written into the page.
Can the driver leave water with my doorman or in the package room?
Yes. Say so in the delivery notes at checkout and that is where it goes — the driver photographs the hand-off exactly as they would a doorstep drop, so there is a record of where your order was left.
Do you deliver to Manhattan offices and businesses?
Yes. Offices, studios, salons, gyms and other Manhattan businesses order the same way as households, one-time or on a recurring schedule, and a recurring order can be skipped, paused or changed from your account at any time. Add the suite or floor and any loading-dock instructions to the delivery notes.
How does Buy 6 Alkaid Cases, Get 1 Free work?
Add any six Alkaid cases (16.9 or 33.8 fl oz, mixed any way) to a one-time order and a seventh Alkaid case is added free, automatically, with no coupon code. Every six paid Alkaid cases earns one free case. Saratoga, Poland Spring and other brands don't count, free cases do not count toward further rewards, and the free case (a 33.8 fl oz Alkaid case) is selected by Alkaid.
How does the subscription work?
Subscribe with as few as 2 cases per delivery — every week, every 2 or 3 weeks, monthly or every 2 months — and it arrives on that schedule without you having to reorder. Subscriptions do not combine with Buy 6, Get 1 Free.
Can I skip, pause or change a delivery?
Yes — all three, from your account, at any time. Adjust quantities or swap bottle sizes for the next delivery as long as the subscription keeps its 2-case minimum.
When will my order arrive?
We confirm your delivery day by email after you order, and text you when the driver is on the way if you opt in to texts. Deliveries run 8 AM - 8 PM.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
If it arrives damaged, keep it and we send a replacement at no charge. If it is taken after drop-off, we refund it. Every delivery is photographed by the driver who made it.
What is in Alkaid water?
Ultra-purified water with minerals added for taste and electrolytes, bottled at 9.5 pH in 16.9 fl oz and 33.8 fl oz bottles.
Is Alkaid the same company as Blue Star Pure Water?
Yes — Alkaid is the bottled water line from Blue Star Pure Water, a family water company serving New Jersey and New York since 2010.
