★★★★★"Awesome, clean, delicious water. Awesome customer service!!"
★★★★★"I have been using this service for over a year… absolutely recommended."
How the Swap Works
Order Once
Pick your water and how often. We confirm your delivery day, and if you opt in to texts, the driver lets you know when they're on the way.
Leave the Empties Out
Put them where you want the full ones. The driver takes them and carries the full jugs in.
Nothing to Clean
No store returns, no sanitising, no forty-pound trips from the car.

What It Costs to Deliver
$5.99 in New Jersey and $7.99 in New York City, the same whether you order once or on a schedule. Free in Paterson, Haledon, Fair Lawn, Elmwood Park, Woodland Park, Passaic and Clifton.
We confirm the day; opt in to texts and the driver lets you know when they're on the way.
Jugs, Answered
I don't have jugs yet. What do I pay?
Choose "No, send jugs too." Your first order includes the jug itself at $8.00 each, which you keep. After that you only pay for the water, and we swap your empties every delivery.
Why 3 jugs minimum?
A delivery stop costs the same for one jug or ten, and 3 means you always have a spare while the next one's on its way. You can mix waters at checkout.
Do my jugs fit my cooler?
They're standard 5-gallon jugs and fit standard top- and bottom-loading coolers. Not sure? Call us and we'll check your model. (888) 599-5420
Can I change or cancel a repeat delivery?
Yes. Pause, skip a delivery, change how many jugs or how often, or cancel — anytime, from your account.
What time will you come?
We confirm your delivery day, and deliveries run between 8 AM and 8 PM. If you opt in to texts at checkout, the driver lets you know when they're on the way.
